Part Time help needed in a busy Garden Center

$11.10 per hour 12-25 hrs per week, Mon thru Fri with flexible scheduling between the hours of 6 am and 3 pm. *Hours vary throughout the year

Resource Plus is a retail merchandising company partnering with a big box retailer in their Outdoor Garden Center.

We are seeking friendly and reliable service team members who at eager to provide a positive visual and customer service impact for our partner and their customers every service visit as a Live Goods Merchandiser.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting Garden staff with projects
• Fronting, facing and culling plants, trees and shrubs
• Organizing plants on tables for proper placement in the Garden Center
• Customer service
• Putting away plant deliveries (lifting up to 50
• Sweeping and cleaning of Garden Center
• Merchandising seeds and bulbs

Job Requirements:

• Working with plants and people in a courteous and professional manner
• Outdoor work in all climates and weather conditions
• Sweeping, cleaning, and organizing the Garden Center so it looks it’s best
• Putting away plant deliveries
• Must be able to work on your own and with other associates and keep busy
• Customer service excellence
• HS diploma or equivalent
• Lifting up to 50s regularly
• Submit to a criminal background check
• Access to internet with a valid email address
