This position will lead and work within teams, may direct assigned employees and/or coordinate activities and gather information from across operations and other lines of business to produce desires results for select clients.
- Manages Corporate Account and Technical Sales Managers as well as select client projects and takes an active role in all disciplines (marketing, creative, research analytics, database) from planning to completion.
- Participates in developing marketing plans, including objectives and strategies, completing analysis of the client’s business specific products/services, and executes sound and relevant marketing and sales strategies with input from appropriate members of the sales team and/or Sr. Management.
- Provides account maintenance and daily support which may include overseeing the development of and adherence to budgets and schedules, maintaining overall quality control, reviewing/analyzing of labor billing, and remaining up to date on client needs, competition, and pertinent industry business through trade pubs, newspaper articles and other sources.
- Develops compelling and meaningful value to customer using insight, business analysis, problem solving and flexibility with a focus on forward thinking by identifying opportunities, threats and trends; anticipating future barriers and issues, as well as analyzing and interpreting organized customer economics/financial performance.
- Prospects and develops business, may respond to RFPs, and develop proposals and business status reports for presentation to clients, prospects and stakeholders.
- Remains knowledgeable of all company products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
- Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required.
- Creates regular accurate business and sales forecasts.
- Utilizes defined sales processes and tools (i.e. CRM).
- Manages all aspects of an evaluation program to deliver assigned financial results and prevent surprises.
- Will perform other job related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree preferred with seven or more years of similar work experience.
- Must have proven experience in new business development, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies in line with company objectives.

- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership/influence without authority.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills which will entail speaking to small and potentially larger groups of individuals.

- Must be a fast learner who is at ease with technology and someone who thrives in keeping up with the latest trends (apps, social media outlets, emerging technology in the C-store and car wash industry, etc.).
- Must be a perceptive listener with the ability to ask pertinent questions and hold business units accountable regarding data and analytics needed for successful management of assigned accounts.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple objectives, tasks and clients.
- Must possess solid computer skills (MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PPT), and have working knowledge and experience with CRM software.
- Must be able to analyze and interpret data and be able to explain the analytics to the customers and break down key metrics in an organized fashion.
