District Manager Rexburg Job Opening

The Post Register is looking for a District Manager for our Circulation Department. The District Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the newspaper within an assigned geographic area through the use of independent contractors. He/She must maintain defined standards of customer service and promote increased circulation through individual and team efforts. Duties Include: Recruits, contracts, and guides an independent contractor carrier force to ensure quality service to subscribers/vendors Responds to customer complaints and works to resolve complaints quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Maintains company records as needed, including accurate and up-to-date route delivery lists. Delivers open routes as needed. Work weekends as duty manager as part of a rotation. Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. Candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds and walk as far as a mile. Candidates need reliable personal transportation that can be used for business purposes.
