NEW HOME SALES APPRENTICE

Category: Field Representative
Performance Objectives:
- Set appointments for new home consultants generated from walk-in traffic, past prospect follow up, and referrals.
- Register and conduct effective long-term follow up with prospects.
- Manage the appearance of Community entries, model homes, and completed field homes prior to open house hours on the weekends.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Community & Model Home First Impression:
- Weekends:
- Put out directional signage
- Drive all territory neighborhoods to:
- Inspect entry (remove trash)
- Inspect field homes: Signs in yards, entryway clean, lights on, balloons on mailboxes.
- Inspect lockboxes for keys
- Assist with watering (seasonal)
- Create a weekly list of items that require attention from other departments. (Operations, Development, Marketing, etc.)
- Weekends:
- Facilitate the Sale of New Homes:
- Work Open House hours in an assigned model homes, procure registrations, and facilitate appointments for New Home Consultants.
- Work open house hours for specific Model Home assignments during the week.
- Work open house hours and assist with overflow traffic as a territory floater on Saturday and Sunday (per territory)
- Report all traffic and appointments to supervisor at the end of each work day.
- Perform Long-Term Follow-up:
- Set aged lead appointments:
- Audit LASSO entries per territory.
- Perform daily long-term follow-up per territory using a pre- determined process. (Phone calls, emails, video messages, etc.)
- Report daily activity to New Home Communications Specialist.
- Provide feedback to New Home Consultants on prospect activity.
- Generate Referrals:
- Contact happy homeowners to solicit Google reviews
- Contact happy homeowners to solicit referrals
- Realtor Relations:
- Provide New Home Consultants with name and contact information for Realtors with listings in their Community
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The successful candidate will have the knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively:
- Complete Ideal Homes sales training.
- Retain expert knowledge of the Ideal Homes 5-minute drill and home demonstration.
- Learn and execute the Ideal Homes sales process and various administrative functions.
- Perform necessary tasks in the Ideal Homes CRM system, LASSO.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a positive, confident and grateful attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.
- Ambition to become an Ideal Homes New Home Consultant within 6 months
- Knowledge of Microsoft computer programs, Apple smart phone applications, and an ability to learn new technology.
- Job history demonstrating loyalty and hard work.
Days /Hours: Weekends Required
- Monday & Wednesday: 9AM 6PM
- Thursday OR Friday (depending on scheduling): 9AM 6PM
- Saturday: 9AM 5PM
- Sunday: 12PM 6PM
- One Evening per month for a two-hour call night.
