Please note that this is aremote position and does not require the individual to be based in SouthFlorida. Only candidates with nephrology experience will be considered.

As Director of BusinessDevelopment, you will work closely with the Business Development team andsenior management to identify and solidify key nephrology targets for potentialjoint venture partnerships. You will have exceptional relationshipbuilding skills and a solid knowledge base of the dialysis industry.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Identify targetsfor potential joint venture partnerships.

2. Set meetings and work withfinance and BD team to develop supporting documentation (pro formas, maps,power points, etc)

3. Maintain updated records for allleads within ZoHo CRM

4. Update Business DevelopmentReport with key details and next steps weekly and participate in weeklyBusiness Development call

5. Identify, register and attendkey industry meetings

6. Coordinate content/writers for 2blog posts per quarter

7. Collaborate on all marketing campaignsincluding identifying advertising media, content development and implementation

8. Work with corporate and localoperations teams to develop and implement marketing and advertising strategiesfor de novo facilities

9. other activities as deemednecessary

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree preferred

2. Business Development and/orSales/Marketing experience in Nephrology required

3. Ability to develop and solidifyrelationships with nephrologists

4. Dialysis industry knowledge
