You can be a part of a highly competitive team that offers a starting base salary and commission. Our Monday through Friday schedule allows you to have the freedom to build your own route. Our management team which consist of former sales reps will train and develop your skills and help you grow within our company. When you come and work for us, we believe in rewarding performance. If you perform at a high level we will compensate you and never cap your commission. Voss Distributing believes the more you succeed the better you should be compensated. Requirements:
Red Bull Sales Representatives will be responsible for servicing and improving Red Bull Energy Drink sales in set accounts in a given geographical territory. The goal is to deliver and merchandise Red Bull while improving sales and profit for our retail customers and provide them with the products that their customers demand. During the initial and in ongoing training the following skills will be addressed and developed: brand education, personal organization, sales strategy, customer relations and communication skills. We are seeking individuals who are looking to join our team and continue the success we are having.
Qualifications and Skills

  • 3 years of Route Delivery (Preferred)
  • Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
  • Beverage industry experience (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to effectively prepare for a sales call
  • Know how to get to decision maker
  • Chauffer License required within 90 days
  • Forklift Certification required within 90 days
  • A clean driving record
**No more than 2 events (accidents or tickets) each year for the past 3 years
**No driving while intoxicated charges during the last 3 years

  • Must pass drug test
  • Excellent physical and mental health
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis is required
