About you

Boxy Charm is looking for a Brand Coordinator to our Brands team to accelerate business results by providing tactical and organizational support to the Buying Team. The primary focus is being a liaison with internal and external teams to ensure the successful completion of multi-million-dollar purchase orders and delivery of millions of products. In addition, you will also be responsible for partnering with internal teams to make things happen!

A successful coordinator thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a varied role is perfect for someone who has some experience in sales support within the eCommerce, media or advertising world.

What you will be doing

  • Support the buying team by generating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) as agreed upon with each Brand Manager
  • Gather information required from internal and external teams including interaction with Beauty and Lifestyle brands
  • Ensure accuracy, proper recording, documentation and timely signage
  • Enter all Purchase Orders once signed into our ERP System
  • Work with supply chain to detect early issues with delivery and vendor product quality concerns
  • Supporting CMO by managing mailbox
  • Manage Fedex/UPS shipments when needed
  • Send gifts on a monthly basis to our Brand Partners, as needed
  • Complete Ad Hoc administrative duties as needed by Senior Team

What you will bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Extremely organized, efficient, resourceful and clear communicator
  • Strong interest helping others in a support role
  • Strong attention to detail and can spot and fix errors
  • Proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and related CRM skills and technically savvy
  • You flourish working in a constantly changing, but always-exciting environment
  • Self-motivated, target driven and a quick learner
  • Comfortable/flexible with a fast-paced environment
  • Team player who is looking to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
  • Goal oriented and driven to exceed customer satisfaction goals
  • Passion for the Beauty Industry is required; experience in the industry is a plus
