Senior Sales Manager Job Description

Wolf Manufacturing is lead manufacturer and supplier of the World's Best Travel pillows and products. We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to report directly to our CEO to manage our outside sales representative as well as large customers.

Job Duties

• Forecasting for Inventory
• Lead the outside sales reps. Create objectives, targets and timing.
• Manage the customer service team, including a manager and sales lead, to ensure proper communication of sales directives.
• In charge of inventory.
• Manages pricing.
• Owns the forecast on a customer/dollars and product level.
• Leads the house accounts including Paradies, OTG, Cinemark, etc.
• Works with the Graphic Design & Marketing Manager to formulate sales presentations.
• Must have the pulse of the market
• Must be able to inform management of trends and new products.
• Additional duties as assigned

Salary: Negotiable. Depends on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year

Experience:

• sales management: 3 years (Preferred)
