Guest Service Agent / Marketing & Sales Coordinator (Winter Park & Granby) Job Opening

We are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual with experience in guests service and hospitality in the vacation rental and ski resort industry. The guest service agent will be responsible for reservations, and guests services prior to arrival, during the guest stay, and after departure. This position will also be required to assist in developing marketing and advertising campaigns, growing inventory, creating promotional material, and participating in community events and trade shows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking, working in a fast-pace high pressured environment, taking on new initiatives and helping out in other departments. The guest services department is also the main point of contact for our guests and owners, and the guest service agents are critical in dispatching information to the appropriate departments, and then following up with guests and owners when requests have been completed. Must be flexible with scheduled working hours, holidays and weekends required.
