The successful candidate will thrive in a challenging sales environment, generating new business opportunities by focusing on selling the solution value proposition and ROI to hospitality/restaurant business owners. Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop Hospitality business within territory through prospecting, cold calling, lead generation and building the sales pipeline.
- Drive growth by effectively addressing the customer's business needs, offering appropriate value proposition, and closing accounts.
- Build new Oracle Hospitality/Micros POS and Future POS business through solution selling to hospitality/restaurant customers and cultivate positive customer relationships.
- Identify, qualify, develop and close sales for the Future POS SaaS solution.
- Communicate and demonstrate the value of Software-as- a-Service (SaaS)-based solutions
- Through consultative selling techniques, effectively advise/influence restaurant owners. Use ROI calculations to address their business needs.
- Negotiate opportunities, manage client expectations, and present effectively (via product demos)
- Know and understand (or can easily learn) the hospitality industry and how to articulate bottom line benefits to hospitality/restaurant owners.
- Manage a pipeline and numerous opportunities simultaneously while providing accurate and timely forecasts via the CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a team-oriented environment

- 3-5 years successful B2B outside sales experience and proven track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals as well as closing pipeline
- Highly motivated self-starter, with entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude
- Strong cold calling abilities
- Experience with B2B SaaS sales a plus
- Ability to sell complex technical solutions – experience with Oracle Hospitality/Micros solutions a plus
- Excellent listening, problem solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience within Hotel/Hospitality/restaurants or pizza industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record.
