Job Description

Retail Store Associate contributes to overall goals of the Marketplace. Duties included but not limited to the following: working with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in customer service. Must have past experience and enthusiastic interest in selling.

Job Requirements

• Self-starter, detail oriented professional with a “Can do!” attitude.
• Responsible for all aspects of the store operations including but not limited to: customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proactive sales approach; assertive and driven to succeed.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
• Prior work experience in Ski/Snowboarding rental operations is preferred.
