Brief Description

Infratech Corporation offers overhead and underground power distribution services to Investor Owned, Cooperative, Municipal, and Federal Government Utilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills and possess a proven track record managing multiple service contracts for multiple utilities. The position will report to the CEO and will be responsible for managing the current contracts and tasked with developing other contracts in the region
.The candidate should have 15+ years of experience in the power industry managing field operations and possess experience and strength in the following areas:
  • The ability to manage the priorities for multiple customers and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of each customer’s contract and its related billing units
  • Proven success maintaining and improving profitability through process improvements/changes and effectively managing the Company’s resources
  • Experience managing both internal crews and subcontractors, including workload planning and scheduling
  • Technical knowledge of distribution construction techniques including overhead electrical distribution construction, underground electrical distribution construction including directional drilling, latest processes related to excavation and line construction, equipment placement, and Journeyman Line work.
  • Must have the ability to operate as a self-starter managing a remote business unit/area and possess strong computer, problem solving and communication skills
  • Must understand the role of Safety in the operation and be a strong champion of the Company’s Safety Programs
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Ability to create and foster a team environment

The ideal candidate can be located in Charlotte, NC, Asheville, NC, Burlington, NC or Greenville, SC.

Requirements
