INTERNET SALES CONSULTANT
Superior customer service skills over phone, email, and face-to-face interaction required. Ideal candidate would be internet savvy, computer literate, and have excellent written communication skills including exceptional grammar and typing skills. Will also need superb phone skills and to be able to successfully communicate in person. Sales experience preferred.

We offer a high commission structure with no cap. Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.

DUTIES/ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:
Respond to internet inquiries via e-mail and phone to provide customers with vehicle information and price quotes.
Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective customers (40-50 outbound calls per day expected, 50-70 calls per day total).
Set up appointments for clients to come into the dealership.
Demonstrate features and operation of vehicles.
Negotiate vehicle price with the aid and at the direction of sales management.
Arrange and participate in the delivery of sold vehicles.
Follow-up with active Internet prospects for developing sales, and with previous customers for referrals and future sales.
Maintain customer database by including information regarding all contact made with customers.
Attend and participate in meetings and training.
Maintain displays of vehicles on lot and in showroom.
Drive vehicles of all sizes with both manual and automatic transmission.
Additional tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Works both indoors and outdoors for extended periods during work shift. Outdoors work is exposed to ambient heat and cold, and to sun, rain, snow and other weather conditions.
Hours include morning, evening, weekend and holiday work.
Work shifts are subject to rotation and varying hours.
Operating a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans with both manual and automatic transmissions is required.
May spend up to 10 hours per day working with PCs and video display screens.
Standing/walking for short distances: Up to 3/4 of work shift on hard surfaces.
Bending and twisting: occasionally, primarily to enter and exit vehicles.
Reaching above shoulder height: Frequently, primarily to load and unload vehicle lockboxes.
Can change positions frequently.
Hearing and speech capability adequate to converse with clients in person and by telephone.
Sight adequate to locate and identify clients, vehicles and commonly associated articles for vehicle sales.
