Hiring bonus qualifications:

  • Must complete Training by 7/5/19
  • Hiring bonus will be paid out over 4 months with the 1st $1000 paid when Training completed & the 2nd $1000 to be paid 4 months after completion of training.

What Are We Looking For

This position is a combination of sales and production work. Must be willing to service/deliver/pickup portable restrooms.

In addition, the Sales Person will be responsible for the following:

  • Promote and sell all services and products provided by the Honey Bucket division of Northwest Cascade within an assigned geographic area.
  • Assist in the delivery of all services to customers as needed and/or as required by dispatch.
  • Insure that all requests, concerns and/or complaints are handled timely and efficiently, or referred to the Manager if unable to comply.
  • Attend and support association meetings and other functions as assigned by manager.
  • Develop new business and maintain current business within assigned territory.
  • Overtime and weekend work is a requirement.

Duties:

  • Responsible for sales to existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop a market through individual sales effort.
  • Visit job sites and see clients during the day.
  • Maintain a list of top customers and contact each one at least once a month.
  • Assist in developing a marketing plan for sales.
  • Bid or estimate large jobs in conjunction with managers.
  • Build relationships with customers that lead to repeat business.
  • Constantly strive to maintain safety standards as established and required by the State of Washington and Oregon and company policy.
  • Do weekly quality checks on portable restrooms within assigned area.

The Territory Manager position starts at $18.00 per hour +commission. Union & company vehicle w/ cell phone. Applicant must live around the Salem area, as will report to the Salem yard daily.

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Two years sales and customer service experience.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem solving ability.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Good driving record.
  • Complete criminal Background check.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a medical/physical exam.
