Industrial Staffing is looking to hire multiple Production Specialist in Scarborough!!!!!!!!
Day shift hours are 5:30 am to 4:00 pm
Night shift hours are 4:00 pm to 2:30 am
Temp to direct
Summary
Performs work required for the assembly of components, devices, and/or the final product depending on the trade
assigned. Ensures quality of product. Certified to work in at least one major production area (assembly, inspection (Pick
& Place), card drying, label printing). Employees in this class are expected to exercise independent judgment in the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs work required for the assembly of components, devices and/or the final product with supervision
Performs routine work in all production areas with limited supervision
Ensures quality of product through the use of standard operating procedures, templates, training and supervision, and
good judgment
Must perform all duties in a professional manner and work as a member of a team
Must adhere to all Company policies and procedures
May be subject to call back or extended hours as required
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
Preferred- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple
correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients,
and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with
standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to

vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
