Director of Sales Cedar Rapids, IA Job Opening

We are seeking a Dual Director of Sales for our Cedar Rapids, IA Market. - Fairfield, Inn and the Residence Inn South. Working in the Cedar Rapids, IA market. We are seeking someone with previous hotel experience due to having to sell for dual properties.

• Drive corporate transient and group business through direct sales efforts

• Manage leads from various channels

• Conduct site visits

• Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure client expectations are met

• Utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to prioritize tasks, plan/conquer a busy schedule, exceed targets, and meet deadlines

• Work closely with other departments to coordinate details, special requests and VIP packages for groups, individuals, and events

• Maintain an active role within the local community to build professional rapport
