Position Summary:

Citelum US Inc, is looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide necessary support to our sales team. The successful candidate will assist in daily sales needs, perform inventory checks and provide administrative support.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Gather required information for the sales process
• Complete inventories of current lighting equipment for potential customers
• Data entry
• Provide general support to customers throughout the sales process
• Assist as needed with project management
• Assist with the creation of quotes, bids and responses to RFP’s
• Update the company database
• Assist with all other tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
• Excellent time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour
