Project Coordinator Job Opening

We are an established and reputable commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling contractor looking to fill Project Coordinator position as a result of growth and expansion. This person will provide all the support documentation needed for new construction projects to assist our project managers. Candidate will be utilizing Sage Timberline project management software and should have a knowledge of the construction management process. Duties will include:

Preparing job submittals

Preparing LEED documentation

Preparing closeout packages

Processing additional work authorizations from the field and change order requests to customers

Obtaining subcontractor quotes for projects

Updating safety and recordkeeping of various jobsites

College degree is a prerequisite and experience is preferred by not required. Personal traits would include highly organized, great with computers and technology, and strong multitasking ability to handle multiple projects at once. Must respond quickly to emails and phone calls and have good communication skills. Ability to work independently is important but also be willing to work as a team in our collaborative environment. We are looking at this as a long-term position within our organization.
