What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a Senior Inside Sales Representative to function as an account representative to new and current clients. This role requires enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate well with customers, prospective customers and team members. If you are confident in your abilities to serve and build rapport with pastors and ministers well, we want to talk with you.
- You will pursue leads and opportunities from multiple sources such as phone calls and online sources.
- Make sales calls (80+ calls per day and 4+ hours of talk time) using leads, referrals, cold call lists, and other contacts.
- Maximize revenue and achieve sales goals by pitching services and product, and negotiating terms of sale through inside sales techniques.
- Build and grow relationships with customers (i.e., church and ministry leaders) to gain an understanding of their needs, establish oneself as an advisor/thought leader in the area of church compliance and affirm StartCHURCH as a trusted source.
- Use computers and computer systems to set up functions, enter data, and/or process information.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of all StartCHURCH related products and services.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work to develop and meet specific goals.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service, and provide a pleasant experience.
- This is a full-time position.

- You have proficient computer skills (Mac preferred - not required).
