  • Deliver World Class customer service and support, achieving service’s stated sales goals and objectives
  • Develop targeted calling campaigns for driving service sales opportunities with a focus on increasing customer retention rate
  • Maintain information in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Follow-up on all marketing, service, and engineering sales leads
  • Provide pricing for service offerings, prepare and follow-up on customer quotes.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and consistent quote and sales history
  • Track service contacts and coordinate activities with Services Coordinator
  • Provide back up for Performance360 Service schedule coordinator
  • Work with other departments and personnel to resolve customer-related issues as necessary
  • Prepare weekly sales reports; outstanding quotes, sales order and invoicing reports
  • Understand and achieve service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive service sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
  • Any other projects at the discretion of the Business Development Manager

The Aftermarket Sales Specialist will be responsible for professionally promoting and selling services post original sale, strengthening customer relationships, maintaining and updating customer contacts and current equipment information within a customer relationship management software. The ideal candidate must be comfortable producing quotes, working in a technical sales capacity, meeting sales goals, and adjusting to fluctuating priorities and specialized customer circumstances. This candidate should be able to consistently meet established department sales goals with thorough customer follow-up.

Education, Skills and Experience Required

  • At least a 2-year business degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience providing excellent customer service
  • Exceptional telephonic, oral and written communication skills
  • Initiative – desire to learn and grow the program
  • Experience making assessments and demonstrating judgment as it relates to service situations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands
  • Ability to function and contribute in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, sales driven environment
  • Excellent PC skills and demonstrated proficiency in software knowledge (Microsoft Office, CRM software), SAP experience is a plus
  • Ability to gather and access considerable amounts of information with demonstrated attention to detail and problem solving/analytical skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as required
