Resident Project Representative Job Opening

Resident Project Representative (RPR), or Engineer's field representative, tasks include actively residing full time on the construction site for public water and sewer infrastructure projects, acting as directed by and under the supervision of the Engineer/Project Manager, and conferring with the Engineer regarding RPR's actions. Responsibilities include: monitoring construction activity of Contractor for compliance with Contract Documents; serving as liaison between Engineer/Office and Contractor; keeping a daily journal and detailed photo documentation of construction progress; completing daily payment reports during construction; attending project status meetings; verifying materials through shop drawings; maintaining detailed, clear and concise record as built information of construction work.

Field Personnel tasks include designing and laying out water and sewer systems, performing construction stakeout, assisting licensed surveyor.

Travel required as needed, including overnight, and a dependable means of transportation. Competitive hourly rate, per diem, complete employee benefits, and travel expenses paid.
