Inside Account Manager Job Opening

Uniti Fiber Holdings Inc. ( Uniti ) is searching for an Inside Account Manager. The Inside Account Manager will work with established accounts to provide a positive customer experience and relationship with Uniti Fiber.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Office-based telephone sales to assigned accounts and prospects.
• Serve as a point of contact for existing and potential accounts.
• Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makes within each assigned account.
• Manage sales cycle for customer renewals within existing accounts.
• Manage MACD’s within existing accounts.
• Field incoming sales calls and route accordingly.
• Answer customer inquiries about features, pricing and additional services.
• Work closely with Enterprise Account Executives and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.

Education and/or Experience

• Proven competencies of sales, account management, and customer service
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Familiarity with business fundamentals and processes
• Previous responsibilities related to sales, service, or support
• Telecommunications background preferred but not required
• Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
• Excellent communication skills
