Suntrack Field Service Coordinator:

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible to schedule, assign, and dispatch Field Service Technicians to meet customer service requirements, tracking, documenting work, and other fulfillment issues. This position will be responsible to support all facets of the customer’s field service experience. This includes coordinating site priorities, air travel, hotels, invoicing etc. The Coordinator will have direct contact with customers daily. Position reports to the Key Account Manager and Services Director.

  • Respond to and coordinate a large volume of client contact in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide daily support to address client requests and inquires
  • Understand client needs and provide excellent services and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with Key Account Manager to coordinate activities.
  • Organizing and tracking billing and scheduling
  • Maintain history of sites visited with dates, length of stay
  • Communicating with clients by phone and/or email on job status, expected completion date, schedule changes, etc. in a professional manner.
  • Manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
  • Plan ahead but be flexible due to dynamic field conditions.
  • Work with KAM to schedule commissioning, troubleshooting, warranty and miscellaneous activities
  • Coordinate air travel and hotels for field service technicians.
  • Maintain professional appearance, attitude, and behavior
  • Make sound decisions when spending company money
  • Report any activity that endangers the safety of workers or Company facilities
  • Suggestions for continuous improvement

Required:

2 Years of office experience

English

Must be personable and friendly.

The cadndiate will have a professional demeanor.

Excellent work ethic

Computer skills – MS Office

Preferred:

5 years of office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
