Sales Representative/Account Manager Job Opening

ColorMasters is a leader in the packaging industry and is considered an innovative and competitive provider of flexible packaging.

JOB DUTIES:

• Actively manage and grow accounts.
• Prospect and develop new business relationships.
• Understand each customer’s needs to provide effective solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate and communicate with various internal resources in pre-sales, contracts and post-sales.
• All other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to those who have completed some or all of a College level program.
• Prefer a minimum of 5 years in sales experience in flexible packaging, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills required.
• Detail oriented and hardworking.
