We are seeking to hire an energetic, competitive and goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative looking to build their career in a consultative-selling environment. Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization and training is provided.

Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for clients, all day every day.
  • Respond to all leads and requests for information.
  • Schedule and conduct presentations with potential clients.
  • Work with clients to stage, price and market their homes.
  • Work closely with buyers’ agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
  • Network to source new business as needed.
  • Create happy customers and raving fans!
  • Meet with customers to determine their needs.
  • Determine the best way to promote the home.
  • Must be willing to learn.
  • Develop relationships and build rapport with customers.
  • Provide buyer/seller overview of current market conditions and projections.
Qualifications:
  • Professional in attitude and appearance.
  • Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Must be self-motivated and driven.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Extremely strong phone skills.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
