Program Manager II Job Opening

Directs and supervises all aspects of the daily functioning of a group home. Disciplines staff as needed under the direction of the Program Director. Schedules shifts and monitors record-keeping and treatment plans. Evaluates staff performance. Provides administrative input to the program’s management team. Provides clinical treatment to all residents in the home on a daily basis under the supervision of the Director and the Therapist

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires knowledge of procedures to evaluate and plan the clinical interventions needed by consumers, therapeutic techniques and modalities, and community resources. Also requires knowledge of human resource policies and procedures, progressive disciplinary procedures, and remedial techniques to enhance employee’s performance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires a BA/BS degree in a human service or related field, and at least one (1) year of supervisory and/or leadership experience. An education equivalency may be established with at least three (3) years of direct employment experience.
