Paid Media Sales Executive - PPC Job Opening

As a Digital Marketing Paid Media Sales Executive in our inside sales department, you will be empowered to support and assist small – medium sized business owners to take their business new levels by way of paid ads.

Enjoy the security of a base salary and the thrill of an uncapped commission. Our Digital Marketing Campaign Sales Consultants earn commission on new sales, as well as a residual commission on existing customers. Average first year earnings range from $79,000 - $105,000.

This is an in-office position. (No remote or telecommuting.) You must be local to the metropolitan Phoenix area for immediate consideration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound prospecting calls to a contact list of existing BizIQ Customers or Cold leads
• Maintaining or exceeding daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas
• Manage a sales pipeline from Setting Appointments to Closing Deals
• Identify customer needs using a combination of discovery and technology
• Overcome sales objections with professionalism and expertise
• Scheduling and running product demonstrations

Requirements to be considered for hire:

• 3-4 years’ experience as a top producer making outbound prospecting calls with documented results in the paid media, PPC or Digital Marketing sectors
• 3-4 years’ experience selling technology based products or services
• 1 call close sales cycle experience
• Google Ads/Analytics Certified
• Ability to think clearly and work with accuracy under pressure
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Moderate to advanced computer literacy
• A relentlessly hungry, positive attitude
• Exceptional attendance and work ethic
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects
• Welcomes an ever-changing environment
• Excellent sales fundamentals
• Advanced time management skills
