District Manager position in Hillside, IL and oversee Milwaukee, WI with Kemper Life Insurance Company.

Career position will include the management and supervision of 37 agents and 6 Sales Managers. This team will service and sell affordable insurance products to modest income families.

Position requires a high level of managerial skills including the ability to recruit, train, and supervise a sales force to achieve company objectives.

Position Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have an insurance sales background with management experience and ability to grow our current block of business.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel to detached Milwaukee office regularly ( once or twice monthly)
