Job Description

Verb Direct, a division of Verb Technology, is looking for an exceptional person to join our Client Success Team (CST). Our Client Success Team is responsible for building strong relationships with customers and ensuring the successful deployment of Brightools' digital products and services, specifically our Brightools app. Brightools is a sales automation SaaS product with native iOS/Play apps, as well as a web app. As a member of our CST, your efforts will drive customer satisfaction and happiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage deployment and product adoption for customer accounts.
  • Project management.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Attend on-going account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functional usage, provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality and communicate new feature releases.
  • Plan and conduct on-boarding and training for new customers.
  • Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk attribution.
  • Analyze client account trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards, customer requirements, and features are properly deployed and addressed.
  • Determine client needs and strategy for client on-boarding
  • Plan and conduct biweekly project check in meetings for new clients.
  • Work closely with internal and external developers to complete system integrations
  • Oversee changes/additions to client's current integration method
  • Demonstrate good judgment, ability to foresee potential issues, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Detail oriented.
  • Prior project management experience.
  • Prior technical experience desired but not required.
  • Must have previous experience working in a client or customer success role.
  • Ability to prioritize work and strong time management skills are required.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to executive and key decision makers.
  • BA/BS degree, last year of college or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong business acumen of software industry.
  • Great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
