We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing Security team! We are an established security guard and patrol company serving all of Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. We will be adding more states in the future. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an energetic and aggressive personality to help build our client list and take our company to the next level.

Pay Rate: Hourly rate plus commission.

What You Will Do:

  • Prospecting and developing sales relationship with potential clients
  • Make 30 to 40 prospecting calls in an 8 hour day
  • Develop and maintain a client contact list
  • Generate your own leads and set appointments with decision makers
  • Close new business opportunities
  • Work directly with the Vice President of the Company to strategize and develop new business plan

What You Need:

  • Knowledge of customers in commercial, industrial or Property Management fields
  • Strong work ethic does what it takes to get the job done-approach, while maintaining high ethical business standards
  • Must have professional appearance and demeanor
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Listening skills to understand the client’s needs to be able to depict these needs in a proposal
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and have a team mentality
