The Account Executive for NH Learning Solutions (“NHLS”) will be responsible for selling our award-winning training solutions to businesses within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics as assigned by your Sales Director.
  • Actively market our training solutions to businesses within your assigned territory.
  • Completing and scheduling appointments weekly.

Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Successfully complete new hire sales training and pass applicable exams.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential new customers as well as opportunities within existing clients.
  • Prospect leads via Discover.org, LinkedIn, and other provided tools.
  • Actively participate in all product knowledge training to obtain necessary comprehension of our training services.
  • Sustain a very high-level of activity as set by the Sales Director, including making roughly 50 outbound calls per day, achieving 5 appointments weekly (in person and over the phone), and scheduling 10 future appointments.
  • Maintain your CRM database of current and potential clients within your assigned territory.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with your Sales Director.
  • Submit an accurate forecast to your Sales Direct on a weekly basis.
  • Construct grammatically correct, routine business correspondence, such as client e-mails and proposal documents.
  • Complete various administrative activities such as enrolling students into classes and submitting class requests.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.
  • 1-3 years of professional sales experience.
  • Computer skills – MS Office applications (IT knowledge is a plus).
  • Aptitude for understanding tech product knowledge.
  • The ability to construct grammatically correct, routine business correspondence, such as client e-mails and proposal documents.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with our clients in a professional manner.
