Sales Consultant Job Opening

The Reflective Designer has an immediate opening for an ambitious, self-reliant Sales Consultant who will help customers find products that match their unique personal style. Come join us in our Stow showroom where you will:

• Conduct in-home design consultations to identify the right product(s) to match the customer's personal style, functional needs, and budget.
• Provide quotes and immediate feedback to facilitate the ordering and installation process.
• Serve as a liaison between manufacture vendors, customers, installers and our back office to ensure the best customer experience.
• Build local relationships with realtors, builders and other professionals who rely on our services.

About You

The successful candidate will be creative, energetic, organized and detail oriented. In addition, they will need to be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished and professional approach when working with customers. This person will be an independent consultant trusted with being an entrepreneur representing Reflective Designer. Ideally, in your background you will have demonstrated:

• Customer Service experience
• Shop at home experience
• Proficient in MS Office and appropriate design programs
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Drive and ambition
• Team oriented approach
• Energetic personality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 /year
