Boomsourcing is looking for experienced, reliable and task-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join our team in Rexburg, Idaho.
The ideal SDR candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Why you’ll love working at Boomsourcing:
  • Starting pay of $10/hour, plus commissions, with many earning $15/hour all in
  • After 3 months of reaching your goals, you can earn $12/hour plus commissions
  • Monday to Friday schedule, full-time shifts from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If that sounds great to you, then here’s what you’ll need to be a successful Sales Development Representative at Boomsourcing:
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
  • The prior experience we prefer to see:
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with cold calling, cold emails and/or inside sales
  • Proficient in Google Office products (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Calendar).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Software.
