Sales Rep $150K/yr +$1k sign on bonus- Home Improvements Job Opening

Our average Sales Rep closes $150K per month at 8% commission by their 3rd month with us and $200K per month by their 5th month!

We need quality (not quantity) Sales Reps that are coachable to learn a successful and proven 2 call close system on the following services:

Roofing, Siding, Kitchens, Bath Renovations, Windows, Sunrooms, Basement Renovations, Gutters, Doors

We are looking for aggressive and self-motivated people to join the INTEGRITY HOME PRO TEAM!

We need 3 SALES REPS NOW WITH THE EXPERIENCE!

• Sell to Local Home Owners on 10-12 Pre-Set Appointments in a local geographic area to your home.
• Earn over $100K-$150K first year is very REALISTIC!
• Salary plus commission, bonus, benefits
• On-Going Sales and Product Training Provided

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

• Sell our Various Services to Local Home Owners
• Maintain minimum new product sales quota
• Required to update all sales calls, appointments, results with company CRM and Google sheet
• Report directly to Sales Manager and Owner

Qualifications of the Sales Representative

• Strong communications skills and Passion to help others
• At least 2 years experience with Outside Home Improvement Sales preferred
• Willingness to be part of a TEAM atmosphere
• Ability to follow our Proven Selling System and Programs
• Self-motivated and Organized
• Must have a Smart Phone
• Reliable Car necessary and valid insurance/driver’s license
