Sales Coordinator Job Opening

Essential Functions:

• Supports the efforts of the sales team.
• Answer telephones and return calls to potential clients.
• Handles all inquiries, both call-in, walk-in, written, Eleads, etc.
• Provides exception site tours of the property.
• Research to assist in development of solid leads and prospecting.
• Maintains a professional working environment and attitude.
• Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.
• Answers guests questions about the property, facilities/services, rates and room types.
• Serves as point of contact for clients and communicates with them by phone, email, etc.
• Must be organized and have the ability to follow through with clients.
