Our company is looking to hire a Customer Care & Billing Specialist to be responsible for the general operation of our office and billing systems. Duties will involve greeting visitors and staff, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing supplies, invoicing clients, handling accounts receivable, generating reports, and overseeing administrative staff and subcontractors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
* Overseeing general office operation.
* Greeting visitors and staff, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and consistently delivering great service to our clients.
* Basic understanding of Cabin Works service offerings and ability to be aware of and understand the current work order list and completed job status, as it applies to billing and general customer service.
* Creating work orders or estimate requests based on client phone call and email inquiries.
* Invoicing clients in all departments consistently and accurately.
* Tracking accounts receivable and managing collections.
* Tracking vendor payables and submitting payments on a set schedule.
* Sorting mail and receiving client payments.
* Reviewing email each day and responding to billing or other general inquiries.
* Supervising, mentoring, and training staff as appropriate and necessary.
* Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
* Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
* Managing or assisting in office projects and tasks as necessary.

Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Microsoft Suite, Windows File Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheet, T-sheets, Smartphone

HOW WE PAY
Bi-weekly paycheck’s every other Friday, with direct deposit available. Pay rate is $17-20/hour, dependent on experience. Expect 30-32 hours per week.
