Appointment Scheduler/Telemarketer

IMMEDIATE OPENING - For an experienced mature, responsible and articulate Appointment Scheduler for our Eagle, Idaho office with both weekday and weekend shifts available.

We are Miracle-Ear®, the nation's oldest provider of hearing help for the hearing impaired. Our Appointment Schedulers are the first point of contact for our customers, it is imperative that a candidate have excellent communication skills, and connect well with potential customers over the phone.

Duties will include:

• Adjusting sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
• Answering customer questions
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
• Delivering sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services
• Telephone to respond to correspondence from customers.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers
• Strong communication skills with management as well as other office associates is preferred.
