The company provides children, newborn to 5-year-olds, opportunities to develop qualities to prepare them for an increasingly interconnected world. Big Blue Marble Academy takes a unique approach to early childhood education through three key pillars: Global Citizenship, Language Immersion and Giving Back. Big Blue Marble Academy’s proprietary curriculum pairs Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) with exposure to a second language and other cultures, while also instilling the importance of giving back to our communities both locally and globally. Big Blue Marble Academy also offers an After School Program which includes language enrichment for school aged children. The company has an aggressive growth strategy consisting of acquisitions and greenfield developments to expand the company’s footprint from 32 locations to over 90 during the next five years.


Position Overview:
The Company is seeking to fill a newly created position of Enrollment Services Manager (ESM), reporting to the Director of Marketing. The position will be responsible for helping develop and establish a centralized enrollment services department to field and manage all in-bound leads from prospective parents considering our program. Key responsibilities will include phone sales, performance tracking, outbound customer follow-up, and collaboration with school administrators. The ESM will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training future enrollment services specialists as our business continues to scale.

Responsibilities (what you will be responsible for achieving):

  • Possess a deep understanding of the BBMA culture and our key points of distinction (what makes us different)
  • Field in-bound calls from prospective parents with the ultimate goal of booking a school tour.
  • Follow up with leads received from other sources including website inquiries, email campaign responses, and text messages.
  • Process all leads through customer relationship management system to track lead conversion results
  • Working collaboratively with school administrators to ensure all prospective parents have a high quality customer experience
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage all future enrollment services specialist as the business continues to scale.

The ideal candidate’s experience will possess the following:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years ECE experience as both an administrator and/or a teacher.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to leverage and utilize numerous IT tools to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial nature and ability to work independently
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with a sense of both urgency and quality
