Madison Memorial Hospital (MMH) is seeking a marketing Brand Manager to express our passion for healthcare by creating, maintaining, and increasing loyalty to Madison County and surrounding communities. Teh incumbent will get to know the target audience and provide the "big picture" while sitll focusing onteh smallest of detains. Overseeing teh work of hte Marketing Team, the Brand Manager ensures that all marketing and advertising efforts (print, media, social media, online, etc.) are unified with the executive vision provided by the Executive Director-Business Development.

Position Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Shaping and communicating the vision and mission of MMH
  • Managing the Marketing Team
  • Developing content creation for marketing efforts
  • Measuring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Developing a positive culture of communication and relationships on behalf of the healthcare system with MMH staff, media, and the general public
  • Monitor and guide advertising in the online realm of websites, blogs, social networks, and related portals
  • Carrying out meaningful communications internally to the hospital staff to develop an atmosphere of learning, unity and growth

Classification:

  • Full time/ Exempt

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations
  • Five (5) or more years of applicable experience may be substituted for formal education

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience, managing people, and customer service
  • Healthcare marketing and public relations experience, preferred

Qualifications:

  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Budget Management skills and proficiency
  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with advertising/media methods, layout, photography, videography, design and print production processes
