Patient Services Follow Up Representative Job Opening

This is a full time (1.0 Status), day position in the Patient Financial Services Department. It is the responsibility of this position to follow up on accounts with insurance companies to insure they have our claims and are processing them according to our contracts.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have basic knowledge of accounting practices to include 10-key skills. Must be able to type 45 wpm. Must excel in a busy and stressful office setting. Possess independent decision making skills. Good organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with computer systems and associated software.

Preferred/Desired: Prefer at least one year of health insurance background. Billing, collection, and customer service preferred. Desire knowledge of Medicare regulations and policies, medical terminology and basic understanding of CPT, ICD10 coding.

This position is subject to Drug and Alcohol testing according to MT Law 39-2-205-39-2-211.
