The Courier in Waterloo/Cedar Falls, IA is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Collections Representative to work in this full-time position in our Regional Finance Center.
The focus of this Customer Service & Collections Representative is to monitor regional location aging reports and contact location customers for collection. In addition, the Customer Service & Collections Representative will perform a full range of accounting and office duties.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in collections and customer service preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting applications
Excellent interpersonal skills
