POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an individual to work in our Wasilla location and perform various parts/sales related functions. This will often include answering questions, providing knowledge and troubleshooting problems as customers enter the store and need assistance in the purchase of parts, accessories and consumables. Existing staff will provide mentor ship for this position.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily interaction with customers
  • Researching and recommending correct parts/equipment for a given job
  • Assisting customers with replacement/repair parts for their equipment
  • Using an inventory computer system and various equipment and parts websites
  • Inventory control & ordering
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Customer-centric point of view and “yes we can” attitude.
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn processes and procedures.
  • Ability to take direction well and follow through with little or no supervision.
  • Must be able to work well with others and be part of a team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week, including Saturdays in the summer time.
  • Valid Driver's License and clan driving record
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to maintain a clean work environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees must be able to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis and be able to stand for long periods of time.
