• Patchogue, New Yorkfishbat, Long Island’s leading digital marketing agency, is looking for a well-organized and creative individual to take on the role of a Sales Coordinator. You will be working on a team alongside our Operations Director and Managing Partners, managing schedules, taking notes on calls, communicating relevant information, looking for networking opportunities and creating sales presentations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can bring fresh ideas to our team and eventually grow into a sales representative. Impeccable communication skills, organization, and careful attention to detail are a must. You must also be able to follow direction and create innovative proposals for prospective clients.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating, editing and optimizing proposals and presentations
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Maintain and manage company CRM
- Managing and meeting goals and expectations
- Striving for flawless execution
- Looking for networking opportunities
- Demonstrating a passion for the agency, the work, and our clients’ businesses
Requirements:
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Optimistic personality, independent thinker, and can-do attitude
- Able to interpret and arrive at decisions based on analytical data
- Excellent in-person and over-the-phone meeting skills (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong writing ability
- A creative mind
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of digital marketing

- Prior agency experience is a plus!
