  • Helpdesk trouble tickets and requests primarily related to CRM and integrations; resolving problems within SLA.
  • Performs administrative tasks such as user setup and management, assigning security roles, data analysis, create and maintain reports; Customization of dashboards.
  • Proper communications with CRM user base, CRM developers, Sales Development, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Understand and support CRM interfaces including DocuSign and Marketo.
  • Configures and customizes the D365/CRM system based on the input of the CRM Development team.
  • Responsible for creating/modifying CRM front end views and reports (no code required).
  • Participate in design and architecture sessions with users, internal technical team.
  • Develop end user documentation, including application training manuals job aids and workflow
  • Advise users on best practices for D365/CRM processes in partnership with Talent Development staff.
  • User support: train talent development on new CRM functionality and changes to system features and assist users with day-to-day issues, problems and questions
  • Conduct review sessions with the users to document business processes, demonstrate system capabilities, and gather adjustments or changes as needed.
  • Provide responsive customer service. Answer customer calls and respond/resolve tickets quickly and pleasantly.
  • Active involvement in various CRM community/user groups.
  • Special projects and other duties as needed.
  • Close partnership with the CRM developers around planned system updates and modifications for cross training to the rest of the support team.
  • Provide end user troubleshooting and issue support for corporate applications such as Office 365, Windows, VMWare and mobile devices.
  • New employee onboarding and provisioning tasks as needed.
