Lash Consultant/Sales Specialist

Job Description: Proficiency in communication, customer service, and sales skills are the main requirements for this position. Additional requirements for the positions include basic math, cash handling, phone, and computer skills.The Lash Consultant/Sales Specialist (LCS) must be outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, resourceful, industrious, and imaginative.

Reports to: Studio Director

Overview: Sales Specialist should be able to provide excellent customer service while maintaining control of admissions and acting as a resource center for guests. Also, under the direction of the Studio Director, the Sales Specialist will have responsibility for training in sales techniques for Lash Consultants and stylists on memberships and retail products.

The Sales Specialist responsible for oneself and other Lash Consultants and stylists for achieving sales goals through exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, and provide assistance to the Owners, Studio Director, and/or Assistant Manager.

The Sales Specialist s responsible to train, under the Studio Director’s or Owners’ supervision, other lash consultants in all aspects of membership sales, scripts, retail sales, customers service, scheduling appointments, trouble shooting, and assisting the owners and studio director in developing ideas for field marketing, social media posts and other tasks as assigned in the best interests of the studio. The Sales Specialist will constantly reflect corporate values and be an example of high energy, support to owners, studio manager, customers, and all employees.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven leadership, sales and training skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced studio environment.
  • Good time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong leadership qualities; motivated and respectful.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers, supervisors and guests.
  • Mathematical skills to accurately compute and complete required functions.
  • Computer knowledge including, but not limited to, point-of-sale system.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet and monitor individual and studio goals for selling memberships and retail products
  • Drive team member sales performance for greater studio profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Understand the needs of customers; handle and resolve customer service issues to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Communicate to the customer a clear understanding of the pricing before services are performed.
  • Display a sound understanding and perform all available services in a competent, efficient and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with studio personnel.
  • Lead studio and lead others in social media posting and developing influencers
  • Assist with inventory and other tasks as assigned to help the franchise be efficient, service oriented and rising in profitability
  • Prepare guest records for treatments.
  • Ensure opening and closing procedures are adhered to.
  • Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining lobby and studio public areas.
  • General administrative and clerical support.
  • Complete required administrative tasks/compliance.
