We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative who can recognize business/sales opportunities and prospects and present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. He or she will work to increase sales volume and our customer base, service existing customers, and generate repeat sales. The Outside Sales Representative must demonstrate a professional image of the brand at all times and always ask for a referral to grow the business.

The ideal candidate has proficient computer knowledge and experience and is willing to learn other software programs necessary to complete job requirements. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills and must be able to pass basic math and spelling tests administered during the hiring process. In addition, candidates must have a good understanding of basic sales and marketing tactics, an outgoing personality, and a willingness to work with the public on a daily basis. Previous sales experience is a plus.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Stops and sees every business on assigned route, including offices, restaurants, industrial parks, retail business, and ALL other businesses and organizations
  • Introduces the brand to businesses and explains the promotional materials and specials
  • Builds rapport with potential customers
  • Explains the versatility of the brand
  • Introduces services provided
  • Brings back business cards and information needed to quote potential jobs
  • Maintains a consistent and organized follow up system
  • Follows up on all leads and pricing and prepares quotes
  • Accurately completes SuperGreen Solutions Production Sheet or Installation Plan
  • Helps operate and manage the store when needed
  • Remarkets areas every three months
  • Delivers quotes in a timely fashion
  • Maintains an organized, clean, and professional store appearance at all times
  • Completes in store training using the marketing section of the Owner’s Manual (6 keys to success, direct marketing tips, key lines, suggestive selling, overcoming objections, reviewing sample scripts, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient computer and internet skills
  • Able to learn/use the required software programs
  • Basic math and spelling skills
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing tactics
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Outgoing personality and willing to work with the public on a daily basis
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Previous sales experience a plus (any industry)
  • Outgoing, energetic, and able to demonstrate common sense when handling problems
  • A strong desire to work and able to demonstrate respect and rapport towards the Franchisee
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales (asking for orders and payments) is preferred
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Desire for strong earnings potential
