Help Wanted: Inside Sales / Customer Service

Position Summary: A Inside Sales Representative will partner with our outside sales team to professionally respond and engage with customers while using several methods of communication. Reps will assist customers by entering orders, imparting product knowledge, determining appropriate substitutions, and handling various requests.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency with computers –data entry a plus but we will train the right person.
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to handle demanding customers professionally and in a helpful manner
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Handling a variety of communications and technology
• Assist other departments when necessary to improve customer satisfaction
• Data Entry
• Electronic marketing distribution
• Building product knowledge
