Sales Support Representative Job Opening

We have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Representative to join our Inside Sales team in our corporate office in Duluth, GA. Main responsibilities for this role are: * Support our established customers by handling customer calls and updating orders; * Process freight claims and work with freight companies to ensure resolution; * Communicate and interact with other departments to help resolve credit and shipping issues; * Create reports for monthly projections; * Process rebate orders.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of prior customer service support experience. Key competencies of this role include strong customer service focus, data entry, excellent written and verbal communication skills, capability to work well under pressure and stay focused. Prior working experience with SAP is a plus. Solid MS office skills is required (Strong Excel knowledge is required – Formula, Vlookup, PivotTables, etc.)
