Business Analyst Job Opening

• Responsible for member marketing of the Credit Union and knowledge of all services offered to a degree that will enable answering questions, or referring members for specific services.
• Develop an understanding of MVFCU’s products and the overall business strategy to anticipate and address current and future business needs.

• Responsible for performing business analysis on projects and developing business requirements.

• Conduct market and product research.

• Conduct interviews with various users, technical staff, and product testers to gather data for analysis and documentation.

• Responsible for preparing detailed systems specifications, flow charts, and logic diagrams from which project requirements will be written.

• Create and maintain product and project documentation.

• Create detailed test scripts and perform testing and validation for complex projects.

• Research and translate technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users.

• Responsible for operational testing of documentation, proofreading, and web design testing.

• Produce products that conform to company documentation, quality, and predefined standards.

• Interface with end users to resolve all issues related to documentation.

• Provide the Innovation Manager with monthly reports regarding progress made and results achieved in all areas of responsibility.
• Assist the Innovation Manager as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,800.00 to $6,000.00 /month
