JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Eco Lips is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is highly organized, provides top-notch customer service and can work in a high-paced work environment. This position is responsible for the growth and maintenance of wholesale accounts domestically through the direct calling of existing and new retail accounts across the USA. The Wholesale Account Manager is also responsible for achieving weekly sales goals designed to fund the position as well as the Eco Lips brand.

Essential Functions

  • Providing service calls to existing and new customers to check inventory levels, sell products, up-sell when applicable, and set future calls.
  • Taking orders and entering them into Quickbooks.
  • Reporting on commissions.
  • Using Quickbooks as a resource for sales data, entering notes, and creating callback schedules.
  • Organization of call-backs and email conversations, providing timely service.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage leads by tracking and following up on them.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Be liaison between external customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product according to customer needs.
  • Articulate the distinct aspects of Eco Lips’ products and position them against competitors.

Required Education and Experience

  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of telesales/outbound calling experience with proven results.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to details.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
